Honestly, the game serves as one of those coffee-break games that could pull a few giggles. Yes, the game is a sandbox, but there are no objectives, tasks, or any sort of reward system. Players are even given a war chest of items like bombs, aerosols, and guns to blow your doll to kingdom come. You can do your job in slow motion, using precision cutting, and inflict bullets wounds.
